Shipping policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow up-to 3 days for processing. Packages are shipped in the order in which they are received.
Shipping costs for domestic U.S. are a flat fee of $6.95. U.S.-based orders above $60 receive free shipping.
If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there is a significant delivery delay, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Juniper Cloth is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our ability. However, a replacement or refund will only be processed once the item has been returned successfully or we have received confirmation that the item is being returned.
