Return Policy

Juniper Cloth gladly accepts returns if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise. Any items that are marked “SALE,” "Final sale", or “Vintage” cannot be returned. All accessories are non returnable. Shoes must be returned with original boxes and packaging, unworn. Return labels can be purchased from any carrier at your expense. A trackable service is recommended.

EXCHANGES

We suggest you purchase the item you’re looking to exchange first. Then sending your package back to us. This will ensure the item doesn’t go out of stock. Leave a note in the order you’re returning letting us know this will be an exchange. Once we have received the returned order and it is inspected we will issue you the original refund.
